Item

- All Dreambags are made by hand and with love. Our children backpacks are filled with fun items and games. 

- The backpacks and pouches are customized with Iron on patches.

- For more information, please see description of each item.

Patches

- If a patch starts peeling off, we recommended Super Fabric Adhesive you can find them at your local “Michael’s” store. 

Shipping

- All bags are hand finished and made to order and sometimes customized and may take a 24 / 48 hours to ship.

- All U.S. Orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail and cost $5.00 per order, if you include another item price may increase slightly. For our bigger Items cost can run towards $8.00 per order. We only ship in the continental United States.

- Please note we do not ship internationally.

Returns

- We accept returns up to 7 days from day of delivery of your item. 

- An electronic return / shipping label will be sent to you.

- The Item must be in it’s original new condition with all of it’s goodies inside bag intact and in working condition / like new.

- Once the item is returned we will issue you a full refund.
